We have a two-way radio system with units in the office, the trucks and all machines. This enables optimum communication and allows us to provide our customers with immediate contact with the crew on their jobsite and efficient delivery of materials.

We take pride in producing clear and accurate project quotations and managing our projects on-time and on-budget. We have well tuned estimating, scheduling and billing systems that ensures that there are no surprises. As well, we have long-standing relationships with on- and off-island general contractors and sub-contractors which further ensures a smooth and predictable project.

Toscana and fully insured and bonded to handle the most challenging projects. At our customers preference we will bill according to AIA standards and produce certified payrolls that may be required by certain publicly funded jobs.
