We’re seeking a skilled Diesel & Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our Nantucket team. In this hands-on role, you’ll maintain and repair a diverse fleet of trucks and heavy equipment. Applicants must be dependable, mechanically inclined, and take pride in doing things right. Ideal candidates enjoy problem-solving and the satisfaction of getting machines back into top-notch shape.

What We're Looking For
- Drive to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Experience with diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Familiarity with Cummins Insite, CAT equipment, crane trucks, and tractor/trailers (a plus but not required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dedicated team
